OSN is an activity that comprehensively develops a culture of learning, creativity, and motivation to achieve. However, the lack of knowledge among teachers and students about mathematics Olympiad questions has resulted in poor performance. The purpose of this community service activity is to equip teachers with basic skills and techniques in understanding Olympiad material so that they can guide students to acquire the skills to solve Olympiad questions. The methods used were lectures, discussions, and simulations. The results obtained from this activity were very effective, as demonstrated by an increase in the average score from 32.33 on the pretest to 85.67 on the posttest, indicating significant progress in mastery of concepts and basic skills in solving Olympiad questions. In addition to improving academic abilities, the results of the evaluation through questionnaires showed that participants were satisfied with the implementation of the activity, both in terms of material and delivery methods. Participants gained new insights and strategies in solving Olympic questions, which had an impact on increasing their confidence and motivation. Similar community service activities in the future need to be designed with a stronger focus on the basic understanding stage so that the results achieved can be more optimal and evenly distributed.

Pemanfaatan Gas Amonia Limbah Ternak Sapi untuk Produksi Pupuk Cair Amonium Sulfat pada Usaha Tani Sejahtera

This community service program aims to utilize ammonia gas generated from cow manure waste as a raw material for producing liquid ammonium sulfate fertilizer at UMKM Usaha Tani Sejahtera, Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The main problem faced by the partner community is the emission of ammonia gas produced during the fermentation of solid organic fertilizer, which has not been properly utilized and causes air pollution. The program provides a solution through technical training and demonstrations of converting ammonia gas by reacting it with sulfuric acid to produce liquid ammonium sulfate fertilizer (ZA). The activities included lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice using a fermentor equipped with a gas absorption system. A participatory approach was implemented to enhance the partner’s knowledge, skills, and awareness of environmentally friendly waste management. The results indicated improved participants’ understanding of the ammonia-to-fertilizer conversion process and the implementation of circular agriculture principles. Participants were able to operate the fermentor independently and produce high-quality liquid fertilizer. This program contributes to reducing air pollution, increasing the economic value of livestock waste, and promoting the zero-waste farming concept to support sustainable agriculture at the UMKM level.

Banana stem waste is one of the agricultural wastes commonly found in rural areas, but it has not been optimally utilized by the community. Most banana leaves are still considered as agricultural waste with no economic value. This Community Service activity aims to empower the SEPATAH KATA Community through handicraft training based on the utilization of banana stem waste in order to improve the community's skills, environmental awareness, and economic independence. The activity was carried out using an educational approach to increase knowledge, a persuasive approach to foster motivation and environmental awareness, and a participatory approach through hands-on practice, with reference to the principles of Participatory Action Research. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in processing banana stem waste into handicraft products, particularly bags. Additionally, participants began to realize that banana stem waste has economic value and potential to be developed as a business. This activity contributed to strengthening community capacity and encouraging the sustainable use of local resources to meet needs.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the agricultural sector face challenges in implementing environmentally friendly and cost-effective pest control. The use of synthetic pesticides has negative impacts on health and the environment. This community service activity aims to enhance farmers’ knowledge and skills in producing organic insecticides made from eco-enzyme as an alternative to synthetic pesticides. The activity was carried out in three stages: preparation (equipment and materials setup, communication material design, and evaluation instrument development), implementation (socialization, demonstration, and hands-on practice), and post-implementation (evaluation and dissemination). The effectiveness was evaluated using pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a significant increase of 150% in participants’ knowledge, from an average score of 26.67 to 66.67. The satisfaction questionnaire indicated that 84% of respondents gave positive feedback on the activity. The training program successfully improved MSMEs’ capacity in producing organic insecticides and provided an environmentally friendly alternative solution for pest control.

Adolescent Counseling Education at SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang Using the Mathematics of Love Languages Approach. Creating a supportive learning environment, where understanding students' communication styles and emotional needs can enhance the overall effectiveness of the teachinglearning process, is crucial and this extends beyond the realm of counseling. The community service program titled Adolescent Counseling Education at SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang Using the Mathematics of Love Languagesaims to provide an innovative approach to building more positive communication and relationships between teachers and students. Through training comprising interactive workshops, simple numerical simulations based on love languages theory, and case discussions, teachers from various subjects were guided to map and understand their students' interpersonal characteristics. The evaluation results indicate the program's success, with highly positive feedback from participants. Specifically, 75% of teachers found the material easy to understand, 73.5% rated it as engaging and applicable, and 80.9% felt the facilitation team delivered the content with exceptional clarity. More importantly, 83.8% of participants acknowledged a significant increase in their understanding of teacher-student dynamics, and 82.4% felt motivated to apply these concepts in their daily interactions within the classroom and school environment. In conclusion, this training successfully introduced a practical and well-received framework, the implications of which can strengthen emotional bonds within the school community and, ultimately, support the achievement of educational goals more holistically.

This Community Service Program aims to empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bantimurung area of Makassar by strengthening their digital marketing and financial management capacity to improve business sustainability. The main challenges faced by partners include low financial literacy, poor cash flow recording and management, and limited use of digital media in product marketing. This program is implemented using an educational and participatory approach combined with hands-on practice and mentoring. The implementation method includes preparation, digital marketing and financial management training, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity indicate an increase in partners' understanding and skills in utilizing digital media as a means of promotion and expanding market reach, as well as increased awareness and ability of partners in simple financial recording, cash flow management, and separating business and personal finances. The high level of partner participation throughout the program reflects the program's relevance to the real needs of MSMEs. Overall, this program demonstrates that the integration of digital marketing and financial management, implemented in a contextual and applicable manner, can strengthen the competitiveness and resilience of MSMEs. The practical implications of this activity emphasize the importance of ongoing mentoring and collaboration between universities and the community in encouraging accountable, adaptive, and local economic sustainability-oriented MSME management.

The development of students’ English speaking skills has become an essential need in the context of 21st-century education; however, not all schools have structured supporting programs. UPTD SMP Negeri 7 Kupang previously did not have an English Club extracurricular activity due to limited mentoring personnel, despite students’ high interest in learning English. This community service program aimed to initiate and assist the establishment of an English Club as a platform for developing students’ speaking skills. The English Club activities included conversation, storytelling, and speech, with a primary focus on speaking proficiency. The aspects developed encompassed fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary enrichment, and students’ confidence in speaking English. The implementation methods involved role play, pair work, games such as charades and dialogue swaps, as well as mini projects that encouraged active student participation. The stages of the program consisted of a preliminary study, program implementation, and evaluation. The results indicated the successful establishment of an English Club extracurricular program at SMP Negeri 7 Kupang, along with increased student participation and confidence in communicating in English. This activity highlights the importance of English Clubs as an effective medium for enhancing students’ speaking skills in schools.

Body scrubs are a widely used skincare product among mothers and young women. The use of natural resources as a primary component in body scrubs is gaining increasing attention. This community service activity aims to provide training in making body scrubs from coffee grounds. Coffee was chosen because it contains bioactive compounds that have antioxidant and antibacterial activity. The activity was carried out in Tanjung Seteko Village, Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, involving 30 participants, including mothers and young women. The activity method was carried out through counseling, training, and activity evaluation. Participants actively participated throughout the activity, both in the counseling session and in the practical session of making body scrubs from coffee grounds. Evaluations were conducted before and after the training to measure the participants' level of understanding of the material provided. The evaluation results showed an increase in the level of understanding of participants after the training, as indicated by a shift in the category from not understanding and less understanding in the pretest to understanding and very understanding in the posttest. Through this community service activity, the community increasingly understands that skin care can be done using natural ingredients that are safer and have no risk of side effects. The community responded positively to the body scrub product in terms of color, aroma, texture, consistency, and appeal.

A workshop on the use of supporting applications for the publication of scientific papers has been carried out for Chemistry subject teachers. This activity is in collaboration with the Chemistry Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) of Kubu Raya Senior High Schools. This activity aims to utilize the application for compiling bibliographies and checking the similarity of scientific papers to facilitate the writing and publication of scientific papers. The method of implementing the Community Service (PKM) program is through: structural, participatory and instructional approaches; demonstration; practice and mentoring, and evaluation. The results obtained in the form of implementing a one-day workshop activity by presenting research method materials, library search tips and utilization of the Mendeley application, plagiarism checking applications and tips for avoiding plagiarism.The workshop was conducted in the form of a presentation and direct practice of using the application. In addition to being accompanied by the presenters, participants are also accompanied by instructors who have been prepared by the committee so that the activity can run smoothly. In order to increase the interest and attention of participants to participate in the activity, the organizing committee provides door prizes for participants who ask and answer quizzes from the presenters. This method can also be used as an evaluation of the level of understanding of participants in addition to the evaluation in the form of questionnaires distributed after the activity to measure the success of this PKM activity. Based on the questionnaires distributed, participants thought that this activity was very helpful in compiling scientific papers so that it was very useful for participants. Most participants considered that the facilities and training time were in accordance with those conveyed by the presenters who were in accordance with their fields. Overall, it can be concluded that the objectives of implementing this PKM have been achieved.

Community Service Activities were carried out at Santa Theresia Loang Station. This activity was carried out because nowadays in their daily lives, children are less likely to share with friends who need help, prefer playing online games to interacting with others, are not involved in spiritual activities, like to use bad words, like to fight with friends. As a result, the ability to show solidarity by working together, sharing, and caring for others is reduced. The purpose of this activity is to increase children's solidarity through our mentoring activities. This activity was attended by 20 children from our group who are active at the Loang station. The mentoring method used in this activity is participatory mentoring by being directly involved with the children from our group. This Community Service Activity was carried out for 3 months, namely from August to October 2025. This activity was carried out every Saturday afternoon at 16.00 and Sunday after the Eucharist celebration. The result of this activity is that after participating in the Sekami mentoring activities, the children of Sekami Stasi Santa Theresia Loang are increasingly aware of the importance of a sense of brotherhood, togetherness, sharing, and supporting each other both between groups and between individuals, both through words.

Baitul Maal wat Tamwil, through its mudharabah financing products, seeks to support the economic empowerment of the lower-middle class through effective marketing strategies. However, in practice, BMT still faces various challenges, such as limited promotional efforts, suboptimal market segmentation, and a product portfolio that lacks competitiveness. This initiative aims to provide educational opportunities and guidance on implementing a marketing mix strategy through the 4Ps framework to increase the volume of mudharabah financing at BMT Sahara Kauman. The implementation of this initiative relies on a service-learning approach focused on coaching sessions. Furthermore, the outcomes at the end of the activity demonstrated a significant improvement in financing services through the development of mudharabah product features, the establishment of more competitive profit-sharing ratios, the expansion of service networks, the strengthening of Sharia branding, and community-based promotion. These results indicate that the mentoring activities regarding the marketing mix strategy have been successfully implemented. The proactive approach and the increase in the value of mudharabah financing demonstrate that employees are now better prepared to reach a broader community, which is beneficial for the more effective and sustainable development of the BMT.

Tekanan terhadap eksosistem pesisir yang intensif berdampak langsung pada keberlanjutan lingkungan dan kehidupan masyarakat pesisir. Program pengabdian ini diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis guru melalui pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar muatan lokal berbasis potensi lokal pesisir sebagai media pendidikan konservasi kontekstual. Pendekatan yang diaplikasikan adalah participatory action-based development yang dipadukan teacher professional development. Prosedur pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui analisis konteks lokal, perancangan modul secara kolaboratif, workshop dan pendampingan reflektif. Hasil program pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan partisipasi aktif dan pemahaman konseptual guru terhadap muatan lokal ke dalam kerangka kurikulum sekolah. Namun demikian, guru masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan potensi lokal pesisir ke dalam struktur pedagogis modul ajar muatan lokal yang sistematis dan koheren. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengembangan modul ajar muatan lokal berbasis konteks pesisir memerlukan proses belajar profesional berkelanjutan. Program ini memberikan konstribusi positif pada penguatan literasi lingkungan di sekolah, sekaligus menawarkan model pengabdian pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap dinamika sosial-ekologis wilayah pesisir.

Edukasi Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Anemia pada Remaja di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mangkung

Adolescent anemia remains a significant public health problem in Indonesia, primarily caused by inadequate iron intake, limited nutritional literacy, and low adherence to iron supplementation programs. Although both male and female adolescents are affected, females are at higher risk due to physiological factors. This community service program aimed to improve adolescents’ knowledge, understanding, and initial attitudes toward Iron-Folic Acid (IFA) supplementation as a strategy for anemia prevention. The program was conducted at Salman Al-Farisi Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok, involving both male and female adolescents. The intervention consisted of a single-session participatory education approach, including interactive lectures, group discussions, demonstrations of proper IFA consumption, and the use of educational media such as posters and leaflets. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in knowledge, with the proportion of participants with good knowledge increasing from 20% to 70%, and poor knowledge decreasing from 45% to 5%. Participants also showed more positive initial attitudes and greater openness toward IFA consumption. However, due to the one-time nature of the intervention, long-term adherence could not be evaluated. Therefore, the primary outcome of this program is an increased level of behavioral readiness, serving as a foundation for long-term behavior change. In conclusion, this educational intervention successfully strengthened adolescents’ cognitive and affective foundations for anemia prevention. Continuous education and routine monitoring are recommended to promote sustained adherence to IFA supplementation programs.

Cervical cancer is one of the reproductive diseases in women with a high mortality rate. The occurrence of cervical cancer can be detected through the VIA method, which is a screening technique that involves applying a 3–5% acetic acid solution to the cervix and observing any color changes. This aims to identify cancerous or precancerous cells that are undergoing dysplasia. The purpose of this activity is to increase women's knowledge about early detection of cervical cancer through VIA screening. Methods: Health education was conducted through direct educational sessions using illustrated leaflet media, accompanied by pretest and posttest assessments to measure participants' level of knowledge before and after the intervention. Results: 70% of participants showed an improvement in their level of knowledge regarding cervical cancer and the IVA Test. This can be seen in both pretest and posttest activities conducted before and after both education.

Penguatan Kapasitas Pokdarwis melalui Digital Storytelling untuk Promosi Pariwisata Berbasis Komunitas di Desa Sukajadi, Bogor

Sukajadi Village, Tamansari District, Bogor Regency, has natural and cultural potential that supports the development of community-based tourism. However, the capacity of Pokdarwis in digital literacy, content production, and governance of tourism promotions and businesses is still limited. The Community Service Program aims to increase the independence of Pokdarwis through digital storytelling to promote authentic and sustainable destinations. The methods used were a community-based participatory approach with coordination stages, field observation and FGD mapping potential-needs, workshops on the concept of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) and digital storytelling, practice photos, videos, captions (practice-based learning), assistance in strengthening promotion/branding management as well as simple business recording, implementation of content production, and evaluation-reflection. Core training activities will be held on December 4, 2025. The results showed an increase in participants' ability to formulate promotional messages based on local experiences and values, produce visual content worth uploading, and understand the importance of destination identity consistency. Concrete outputs are in the form of 10 promotional photos, 2 short videos (Reels or TikTok), 10 caption scripts, and the activation of one tourism social media account managed by Pokdarwis. In addition, the division of media managers' roles and the direction of a more structured upload strategy were formed. Partner engagement, from mapping to content production, increases the sense of belonging, confidence, and readiness to run self-promotions. Initial content assets help expand the visibility of destinations and economic opportunities for MSMEs and homestays without neglecting the ethics of cultural representation and environmental sustainability. This program emphasizes that strengthening digital narratives can be the entrance to improving governance, promotion, and developing story-based tour packages.

Digital literacy in Ponorogo is still low, with a score of only 38.60 according to the Indonesian Digital Society Index (IMDI). This situation shows that we need to help local students improve their digital skills. This project aims to help students understand the basics of coding and Artificial Intelligence (AI) through a simple training program. The training took place at three schools: SMK Wahid Hasyim Ponorogo, SMK BAKTI Ponorogo, and SMK PGRI 1 Ponorogo. The research method is qualitative descriptive, with data analysis techniques referring to the Miles & Huberman approach, and implementation designed through four integrated stages: 1) information dissemination and program offering, 2) preparation and amplification, 3) training implementation, and 4) training evaluation. The results demonstrate significant improvements post-training, including coding/AI literacy (30% to 90%), AI perception (59% to 82%), AI usage intention (50% to 95%), coding/AI learning motivation (37% to 95%), and intention for advanced learning (93% to 94%). These findings affirm that targeted training programs are effective in enhancing technology literacy for students in the region, while supporting national digital literacy acceleration.

Pengenalan Teknologi Mikrokontroler Arduino Dalam Pembelajaran Fisika Di SMA Negeri 10 Ambon

The development of digital technology demands innovation in physics learning to make it more contextual and applicable. However, in it’s implementation, learning at the Senior High School (SMA) level still faces various problems, especially in physics learning. One of the main obstacles is the abstract and mathematical nature of physics material, making it difficult for students to understand if it is only delivered through lecture methods or text-based learning. This community service activity aims to introduce Arduino microcontroller technology as a practical-based physics learning medium to improve students conceptual understanding and interest in learning. The activity implementation method is designed gradually and participatively, including preparation stages, socialization and introduction to Arduino concepts, training and physics practicum based on Arduino, as well as evaluation and follow-up. The participants consisted of 20 twelfth-grade science major students from SMA Negeri 10 Ambon. Evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire instrument to assess students perceived understanding, interest, and responses to the activity. The results showed an increase in students perceived understanding of physics concepts after the activity, with 55% categorized as “very good” and 35% as “good.” In addition, students interest and enthusiasm for Arduino-based physics learning also increased, reaching 70% in the “very good” category. These findings indicate that the use of Arduino microcontrollers is effective as an interactive and contextual physics learning medium, with the potential to improve the quality of physics education in schools.

Kesiman Village has an urban tourism potential that can attract visitors to enjoy recreational activities with their families. This tourism potential is located at Tukad Lilaulangun Kebonkori, situated behind the Kebonkuri Lukluk community hall (balai banjar). Tukad Lilaulangun is currently being developed as a regional icon by the Kesiman Village administration. However, based on initial observations and preliminary interviews, it was identified that Tukad Lilaulangun does not yet have a fixed agenda or tourism attractions that can draw both local and international tourists to visit. On the other hand, community education regarding the importance of maintaining river cleanliness and sustainability remains insufficient. Therefore, technological integration is needed to deliver environmental campaigns effectively to people across generations. In response to these challenges, the Department of Tourism at Bali State Polytechnic contributed through a community service program aimed at mapping the area’s tourism potential. This program was carried out in several stages, including socialization, digital marketing training, tourism potential mapping, and focus group discussions. The methods applied involved outreach activities, face-to-face material delivery, and direct practical implementation. Three activities were successfully conducted, resulting in an average partner satisfaction score of 3.22 (satisfied) in the preparation stage, 3.30 (very satisfied) during implementation, and 3.21 (satisfied) in the evaluation stage. These results indicate a strong alignment between the partner’s challenges and the solutions that have been implemented.

Rural economic development in Indonesia faces the challenge of the digital divide, especially in cooperative governance. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the digitalization training for the management of Village Cooperatives/Merah Putih Villages in Blitar City in order to support Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2025. Using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, the training involved 42 cooperative administrators selected through purposive sampling. The intervention was carried out using the Participatory Action Learning (PAL) method which integrates the simulation of the Simkopdes application and the LMS Talentakoperasi.id. Effectiveness was measured using 15 indicators of technical competence. The results showed a significant increase in the average competency score from 50.43 (pre-test) to 92.47 (post-test) with a significance value of p=0.000. The N-Gain test showed a score of 0.85 (High Category), indicating strong intervention effectiveness. Implementation Of A Mass Circumcision Program As An Effort To Improve Children’s Reproductive Health In Cipare District. Mass circumcision is a promotive and preventive intervention that plays an important role in maintaining boys’ health, particularly in relation to reproductive health. Limited access to healthcare services and socioeconomic factors in certain regions contribute to the low coverage of early-age circumcision, thereby increasing the risk of conditions such as phimosis, balanitis, and urinary tract infections. This community service activity aimed to improve children’s health through the implementation of a mass circumcision program in Cipare District, Serang City, Banten Province. The activity involved 23 boys aged 3–8 years, with the majority of participants in the 6–8-year age group. The implementation included initial health screening, parental education, circumcision procedures performed by medical personnel, and post-procedure monitoring. The results showed that all procedures were carried out safely and effectively without serious complications. Several medical indications were identified among participants, including phimosis, balanitis, and a history of urinary tract infections. This program provided direct benefits in preventing children’s health problems and increasing parental awareness of the importance of early reproductive health. It has the potential to serve as a sustainable promotive and preventive strategy to improve children’s health status at the community level.

Coffee husk is a by-product of coffee bean processing that offers substantial potential for conversion into biofertilizer. Despite this potential, limited knowledge and technical skills among small business actors restrict the optimal utilization of this waste, reducing opportunities for value-added product development and contributing to environmental concerns. This study reports on the implementation of Technical Guidance on the Utilization of Coffee Husk as Biofertilizer to Support Sustainable Agriculture, aimed at enhancing participants’ competencies in processing coffee husk through a simple fermentation method. The program comprised theoretical instruction on the benefits and potential of coffee husk, technical training on biofertilizer production, and practical hands-on processing using basic equipment. Results demonstrated significant improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills in transforming coffee husk into biofertilizer. Evaluation surveys indicated that 77% of participants were very satisfied, while 23% were satisfied with the training. The program effectively strengthened technical capabilities, promoted productive utilization of organic waste, and supported sustainable agricultural practices.

The problem is that the supporting infrastructure and physical facilities are not yet available and are essential elements. This Community Service project aims to design a physical infrastructure to support tourist comfort. The design approach emphasizes the development of supporting facilities and infrastructure for tourism activities, with community leaders participating in the site survey. The results of the activity are the designs of four architectural objects: a welcome gate, a parking area, a post, and a tubing pier to support community-based, environmentally conscious river-traveling nature tourism. The supporting facilities are expected to strengthen the branding of the Kapanewon Sedayu. This Community Service (PPM) activity uses observation methods and a design approach that combines the potential of natural resources and handicrafts, involving local communities as tour guides, tourism entrepreneurs, and workers in the tourism sector. Transformasi digital administrasi perpajakan melalui implementasi Coretax menuntut peningkatan literasi dan kesadaran pajak masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pajak dan keterampilan penggunaan aplikasi Coretax pada masyarakat Desa Kebonagung. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi penyuluhan, edukasi interaktif, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan personal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai kewajiban perpajakan, peningkatan keterampilan teknis dalam melakukan registrasi, pengisian, dan pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) melalui Coretax, serta peningkatan kesadaran dan komitmen untuk melaksanakan kewajiban pajak secara tepat waktu. Analisis menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil membentuk sikap positif terhadap pajak, memperkuat norma subjektif dalam komunitas, serta meningkatkan persepsi kontrol perilaku melalui penguasaan teknologi perpajakan digital. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala literasi digital pada sebagian peserta, pendekatan pendampingan yang sistematis dan berbasis praktik terbukti efektif dalam mendukung transformasi digital perpajakan di tingkat desa. Program ini berpotensi direplikasi pada komunitas lain dengan karakteristik serupa guna mendorong peningkatan kepatuhan pajak secara berkelanjutan.

The increase in activities within the school environment has led to a rise in the amount of waste generated each day. However, students’ awareness of waste segregation remains relatively low, which negatively affects the cleanliness and comfort of the school environment. The School Field Practice Program (PLP) at SMAN 1 Wolo implemented an initiative to provide separate waste bins for organic and inorganic waste as an effort to enhance students’ awareness and responsibility in waste management. The method used in this program involved direct observation to identify sanitation needs at several strategic locations within the school. Subsequently, waste bins were prepared and placed according to waste type. The results of the program indicate an improvement in students’ environmental awareness and a reduction in littering behavior. This program contributed to creating a cleaner, more orderly, and more comfortable school environment for all members of SMAN 1 Wolo.

This community service activity was carried out through the Field Experience Practice (PPL) of students from Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Mandailing Natal at the Community and Village Empowerment Agency (PMD), Mandailing Natal Regency, from January 12 to February 13, 2026. The community service aimed to support the strengthening of village governance and empowerment through administrative assistance, financial verification, and facilitation of participatory activities. The methods used were a participatory approach and field observation, including data collection on village development in Panyabungan Subdistrict, verification and validation of village treasurer financial data, management of administrative correspondence, and assistance in the preparation of village development documents. The activities were carried out collaboratively with PMD officials and village officials to ensure suitability with field needs. The results showed that the involvement of PPL students contributed to streamlining administrative processes, improving documentation order, and supporting the process of guidance and coordination between village actors. Public service delivery at the village level requires effective organizational communication to ensure consistent internal coordination and transparent dissemination of service information to citizens. In Kramatwatu Village, Serang Regency, key challenges include unstructured internal communication among village officials, suboptimal external communication with the community, limited use of information media, and the absence of standardized communication flows that support service accountability. This community service program aimed to strengthen village officials’ internal and external communication as a prerequisite for more transparent public services and improved public trust. The program employed a participatory socialization approach through structured presentations, interactive discussions, case studies, role-play simulations of service communication, and guided reflection to formulate follow-up actions. The results indicate improved participants’ understanding of organizational communication, heightened awareness of service-information transparency, and emerging commitments to enhance communication channels (information boards, village social media, and deliberative forums) as well as initial steps toward developing a communication flow/SOP. These findings are significant as they highlight organizational communication strengthening as a practical foundation for sustaining improvements in village public service quality.

The main target was the SEKAMI children at the Station. The purpose of this activity was to foster faith, foster a missionary spirit and foster the faith of children, so that they could develop as individuals of faith, character and could have a missionary spirit in their daily lives. This was done because nowadays children are trapped in behavior that deviates from Catholic teachings such as using bad words, disrespecting adults, and not being involved in spiritual activities. This activity aims to be able to weave children's faith in SEKAMI activities and can foster a missionary spirit in loving service in their daily lives. The method used in this service activity was Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) which this method builds collaboration to weave faith and foster a missionary spirit in children, which was carried out during August-October 2025 at the Good Shepherd Waiklibang Station. The result of this activity is that SEKAMI children in the Parish of St. Lodovikus Waiklibang, especially at the Good Shepherd Station Waiklibang, are increasingly aware of their faith and their faith will continue to increase with every SEKAMI activity carried out in accordance with the program planned by the children's animators. They will be encouraged to increasingly live out their faith in every SEKAMI activity meeting, and the children are more aware of the importance of sharing love with others. Thus, this PKM activity can provide a real contribution in knitting faith and missionary spirit within SEKAMI children and is able to shape their character into superior individuals in the future for the Church, family, and society.

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi siswa melalui pojok baca dengan penerapan metode Reciprocal Teaching dan bimbingan belajar. Sasaran program ini adalah siswa kelas 3 sampai kelas 5, adapun bimbingan secara khusus dilakukan untuk siswa kelas 3 yang belum lancar dalam membaca serta menulis. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu perizinan, sosialisasi, observasi, pembuatan pojok baca, kegiatan membaca bersama dengan penerapan metode Reciprocal Teaching, serta evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan kepada 20 siswa. Hasilnya anlisis menggunakan metode uji Wilcoxon mendapatkan nilai singnifikan yaitu (p-value = 0,001) < α = 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test siswa. Sebanyak 20 siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai post-test dengan rata-rata kenaikan 10,50 poin. Dengan demikian, program pojok baca dengan penerapan metode Reciprocal Teaching dan bimbingan belajar terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa kelas 3 sampai kelas 5 di Utama Muhammadiyah 5 Kota Parepare.

This Community Service program aims to improve the digital literacy and computational thinking skills of elementary school teachers through game-based programming algorithm training using the Scratch platform. The problems faced by partners are teachers' limited understanding of programming algorithm concepts and the minimal use of interactive technology-based learning media in the learning process. The This Community Service program activity was carried out at Muhammadiyah Jasem Ngoro Elementary School in Mojokerto using a participatory and hands-on training method, which included needs analysis, module development, training implementation, and program evaluation. To measure the effectiveness of the activity, pre-test and post-test instruments were used that examined aspects of digital literacy, computational thinking, understanding of basic algorithms, and mastery of Scratch. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in all aspects measured, where teachers not only understood algorithm concepts conceptually but were also able to develop simple educational games relevant to elementary school learning. This program had a positive impact on improving teacher competence, confidence, and readiness in integrating technology-based learning. Thus, the Scratch-based programming algorithm training is effective as an effort to strengthen the digital literacy and computational thinking of elementary school teachers.

This community service activity aimed to introduce the meanings of movements and philosophical values of the Tanggai Dance to students of SMK Manggala Palembang as an effort to preserve the local culture of South Sumatra. Tanggai Dance is one of the traditional dances that contains aesthetic, ethical, and symbolic values representing respect and hospitality of the Palembang community. The implementation methods included counseling sessions, dance movement demonstrations, interactive discussions, and direct practice. The participants consisted of 30 students who actively attended all activity sessions. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires distributed before and after the activity. The results showed an increase in students’ understanding of the meanings of movements and philosophical values of the Tanggai Dance. Before the activity, the students’ level of understanding was categorized as low with an average percentage of 45%, while after the activity it increased to 85% in the good category. In addition, students demonstrated high enthusiasm and interest in preserving local culture. This activity had a positive impact in fostering the younger generation’s appreciation of local cultural arts and strengthening regional cultural identity within the school environment.

West Java Province has 3.88 million people living in poverty (7.89%), placing significant demands on social institutions such as Lazismu to distribute aid swiftly, accurately, and accountably. However, Lazismu's regional Service Offices (KL) continue to face operational challenges including distribution delays, duplicate beneficiary data, weak inter-unit coordination, and limited human resource capacity. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of KL Lazismu personnel through lean management training to achieve more efficient and targeted aid distribution. The methodology encompassed field observation, value stream mapping, interactive training through a problem-based learning approach, and evaluation via pre-test and post-test instruments. The training involved 16 Lazismu scholarship recipients from Universitas 'Aisyiyah Bandung. Evaluation results revealed an average comprehension improvement of 28.7%, surpassing the minimum target of 20%. The highest gains were recorded in amil primary duties (40%), followed by lean management (36%), and communication competency (36%). Two aspects reached perfect scores of 100%: the principles of trust and transparency, and amil communication competency. These findings demonstrate that lean management training is effective in building the competency of zakat institution personnel while establishing a strong foundation for the operational transformation of aid distribution toward greater efficiency, transparency, and measurable social impact.

This community service activity aims to strengthen institutional capacity and enhance business innovation through student-based Community Service Program assistance as an implementation of the Higher Education Key Performance Indicators (IKU), especially off-campus learning and tangible contributions to society. The activity employed a participatory and collaborative approach, including situational analysis, program planning, management and business innovation assistance, strengthening digital marketing, and activity evaluation. Desa Wisata Konservasi Sei Sembilang merupakan kawasan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan wisata berbasis konservasi. Kekayaan ekosistem yang dimiliki mencakup hutan bakau (mangrove), kawasan konservasi satwa, dan keindahan alam pesisir yang masih alami. Hutan mangrove sendiri memiliki fungsi ekologis yang sangat penting, antara lain sebagai penahan abrasi, penyaring alami air laut, habitat satwa pesisir, dan penyimpan karbon biru. Selain fungsi ekologisnya, mangrove juga memiliki nilai sosial dan edukatif yang tinggi jika dimanfaatkan secara berkelanjutan. Potensi ini menjadikan hutan mangrove sangat relevan untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata edukatif yang berbasis konservasi.Agar potensi besar kawasan ini tersampaikan secara optimal kepada wisatawan, diperlukan pendamping wisata yang memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, percaya diri, serta mampu menyampaikan informasi secara menarik dan persuasif. This community service program aims to strengthen mothers’ community engagement in fostering independent learning among children in Kepetingan Hamlet, Sawohan Village, Sidoarjo Regency. This article was written to find out how to implement community based strategies that empower mothers to actively participate in educational activities, as well as to describe the involvement of mothers' groups in supporting children's independent learning in Kepetingan Hamlet .Educational challenges in this area include limited parental involvement, low literacy and numeracy skills, and declining children’s motivation to learn, particularly due to geographical isolation and low educational backgrounds of parents. Recognizing mothers as primary caregivers and first educators at home, this program focused on empowering mothers to actively support their children’s learning processes. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving mothers in all stages of the program, including problem identification, planning, implementation, reflection, and evaluation. Key activities included parenting education, literacy and numeracy training, science learning through simple experiments, and workshops on creating educational media using locally available and recycled materials. The results indicate a significant improvement in mothers’ confidence, knowledge, and participation in guiding children’s learning at home. Children also demonstrated increased motivation and engagement in independent learning activities. Furthermore, the establishment of a community-based learning forum (Sie Pendidikan) strengthened collaboration among mothers and ensured program sustainability. Pembuatan Peta Potensi Airtanah Di Dusun Batu Badiri Sebagai Upaya Menuju Ketahanan Air

Dusun Batu Badiri merupakan salah satu Dusun dari Desa Hatu yang terletak di Kecamatan Leihitu Barat, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Berdasarkan hasil survei lapangan, masyarakat Dusun Batu Badiri masih mengandalkan air hujan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air sehari-hari. Ketika memasuki musim kemarau, sebagian masyarakat membeli air tangki agar pasokan air bisa terpenuhi. Penggunaan air digunakan untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga dan unit usaha batu bata yang ada di Dusun Batu Badiri. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Jurusan Teknik Geologi Universitas Pattimura melakukan pemetaan potensi airtanah menggunakan metode geolistrik di Dusun Batu Badiri. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kedalaman airtanah berdasarkan pengukuran geolistrik dan membuat peta potensi airtanah di wilayah Dusun Batu Badiri. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari 5 tahapan, yaitu 1) persiapan, 2) pengukuran geolistrik, 3) pengolahan data geolistrik, 4) pembuatan peta potensi airtanah, dan 5) sosialisasi. Untuk pengukuran geolistrik menggunakan konfigurasi elektroda Schlumberger di 14 titik lokasi yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil pengukuran geolistrik telah berhasil mengidentifikasi kedalaman airtanah pada rentang kedalaman 5-85 m. Peta potensi airtanah telah berhasil dibuat menggunakan software QGIS dengan menampilkan posisi lokasi pengambilan data geolistrik. Peta tersebut juga dilengkapi dengan titik koordinat dan data kedalaman airtanah. Adanya peta ini diharapkan dapat membantu Pemerintah Desa Hatu dan masyarakat di wilayah Dusun Batu Badiri dalam menentukan lokasi calon sumur bor yang potensial sebagai sumber air.

Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah masih menggunakan pencatatan manual di layanan primer, sehingga pemantauan pasien positif tidak optimal. Kondisi ini terjadi di Puskesmas Tebing Gerinting, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan aplikasi registri skrining pra-kanker serviks berbasis web sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan dan akurasi pelaporan data. Metode pelaksanaan berbasis pendekatan berbasis masyarakat meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan dan pengembangan sistem, uji coba terbatas, pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, serta evaluasi implementasi awal. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan memiliki tiga fungsi utama, diantaranya pendaftaran pasien, pencatatan hasil pemeriksaan, dan dashboard pemantauan capaian skrining. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Tebing Gerinting mampu mengoperasikan sistem secara mandiri setelah pelatihan. Penggunaan aplikasi mempercepat proses input data, dan membantu peningkatan kualitas layanan skrining.

This community service activity was conducted at SMAK Maryo Nekmese Hoineno, South Central Timor Regency, in response to students’ low awareness in using social media wisely and responsibly, particularly in filtering information, maintaining digital communication ethics, and utilizing social media for educational purposes. This activity aimed to equip students with digital literacy skills grounded in Christian values. The methods used were lectures and discussions. The lecture method was applied to deliver key principles of responsible social media use through Christian Religious Education, while the discussion method facilitated experience sharing, deeper understanding, and critical reflection among students. The activity involved 54 students, 8 teachers, and parent representatives. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding and awareness of responsible social media use. Students demonstrated better ability to verify information before sharing, maintain ethical communication, and utilize social media as a tool for learning and self-development. Additionally, the activity encouraged students to become more critical, selective, and responsible in their digital behavior. This activity highlights that integrating digital literacy with Christian Religious Education is effective in fostering students’ digital character in alignment with Christian values.

Child marriage is still a serious legal problem in Indonesia, even though there are various regulations that limit this behavior, such as the Marriage Law and the Child Protection Law. Social, economic, and cultural factors, as well as the lack of legal awareness of the community, are the main causes of the high rate of child marriage, including in Puncu District, Kediri Regency. The practice of marriage dispensation that is easy to obtain, especially due to pregnancy outside of marriage and social pressure, worsens this condition. This community service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach method which is oriented towards strengthening/empowering the community in an area. By using techniques and analysis in accordance with the guidelines for community service methodology to answer existing problems. The negative impacts of child marriage include health problems, dropping out of school, economic limitations, and increased risk of divorce and domestic violence. Prevention efforts are carried out through a holistic approach that includes education, economic empowerment, legal strengthening, and the active role of various parties, including the government, non-governmental organizations, and religious leaders. Policies that have been implemented in Puncu District, such as legal strengthening and education, show a decrease in the number of requests for marriage dispensation and success in preventing child marriage. A comprehensive approach is expected to reduce the number of child marriages and protect children's rights to ensure a better future for the younger generation.

Sinergi Sivitas Akademika Politeknik Kutaraja Dalam Respon Bencana Banjir dan Distribusi Bantuan Berbasis Masyarakat

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to strengthen the role of the academic community of Politeknik Kutaraja in emergency response to flood disasters and the distribution of community-based social assistance in Dayah Husein Village, Meurah Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The flood disaster that struck several areas in Aceh at the end of 2025 caused significant social and economic impacts, particularly for communities in areas that had not been optimally reached by aid. The program was implemented through fundraising activities, coordination with local volunteers, community needs assessment, and direct distribution of social assistance to affected residents. The results indicate that synergy between lecturers, students, local communities, and volunteers significantly improved the effectiveness and accuracy of aid distribution. The humanitarian assistance provided included food supplies, basic necessities, and essential items for vulnerable groups. This activity not only delivered direct benefits to flood-affected communities but also strengthened social awareness, humanitarian solidarity, and the strategic role of vocational higher education institutions in community-based disaster management. This program is expected to serve as a collaborative model between universities and communities in sustainable disaster response initiatives.

Model Edukasi Keamanan Digital Anak Berbasis Evaluasi Terstruktur pada Program KKN Internasional di Malaysia

The increasing use of digital technology among children has not been fully matched by adequate digital security awareness, potentially exposing them to risks such as misuse of personal data, cyberbullying, and negative online content. This community service program aimed to implement a child digital security education model based on structured evaluation and to examine its effectiveness within the International Community Service Program in Malaysia as a systematic and measurable preventive intervention. The activity involved 25 students from a non-formal educational institution. The model was implemented through interactive learning that included awareness building, digital risk identification, prevention strategy training, and structured evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results showed an increase in the average score from 55% to 85%, with a 30% improvement and an N-Gain value of 0.67 (moderate category). A total of 88% of participants experienced an increase in individual scores and exceeded the minimum target of 60%. These findings indicate that a structured evaluation approach is effective in improving children's understanding of digital security and can be applied sustainably in non-formal educational settings.

AI-Based HOTS Questions: Training for Elementary School Teachers in the Digital Era

The development of the digital era requires teachers to not only master conventional pedagogy, but also have the capability to manage and utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of learning and assessment innovation. However, some elementary school teachers have not fully followed these technological developments, so the preparation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions tends to be done conventionally and has not optimized AI as a professional tool. This Community Service activity aims to provide training in creating AI-based HOTS questions for elementary school teachers to improve their pedagogical competence and digital literacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), with stages of socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and program sustainability by emphasizing the active participation of partners. The activity was carried out through collaboration between the proposing team and the target community, namely teachers of Setia Mulya 02 Bekasi Elementary School, so that the materials and practices provided are aligned with the school's needs. The results of the program implementation showed a significant increase in teacher understanding and skills, with more than 70% of participants being able to independently prepare AI-based HOTS questions. These findings confirm that the Community Service Program is relevant to the demands of learning in the digital era and significantly contributes to improving the quality of assessments that are contextual, technology-adaptive, and oriented toward developing students' higher-order thinking.

Workshop on Designing the Future: Creating a Life Calendar for Students of SMAS Pulau Barranglompo aims to increase students' awareness and ability to plan for the future in facing life's challenges and determining their life goals from an early age. The scope of this community service activity includes strengthening self-planning literacy, time management, and the development of students' personal vision and mission. The methods used include interactive material delivery, group discussions, and hands-on practice in compiling life calendars based on self-reflection and short-term and long-term goals. The results of the activity show that students demonstrate an increased understanding of the importance of life planning and are able to compile life calendars that reflect their potential, interests, and future hopes. New facts identified were the lack of personal planning habits among coastal students and their high enthusiasm for visual and narrative approaches in developing life plans. The main conclusion of this activity was that empowerment through a life planning approach was able to foster students' motivation, direction, and personal responsibility in undergoing the education process and living a more focused life. This activity makes a real contribution to building the capacity of students as the next generation with a long-term vision for life.

Pembinaan Misdinar Untuk Meningkatkan Kesiapan Pelayanan Altar di Paroki Spiritu Santo Misir

The Community Service Program (KKN) focusing on altar server (misdinar) formation at the Holy Spirit Misir Parish was carried out to respond to the need for improving the readiness of altar service in liturgical celebrations. This topic was chosen because altar servers have an important role in supporting the smooth implementation of the Eucharist, which requires understanding of liturgical order, disciplined behavior, and technical skills. The method used included field observation, coordination with liturgical officers, preparation of training modules, and implementation of training sessions consisting of theoretical explanations, task demonstrations, and direct altar practice. Periodic evaluations and participant feedback were also conducted to assess the effectiveness of the training materials. From the results, it was observed that there was an increase in the altar servers’ understanding about liturgical rubrics, accuracy of movements, readiness of liturgical items, and teamwork abilities. In this case, participants showed more positive attitudes, stronger discipline, and increased confidence when serving. Moreover, structured training helped establish a more or ganized workflow, contributing to smoother and more orderly liturgical celebrations. These findings show that targeted and continuous formation can very much improve the quality of altar service. Thus, this KKN program provides meaningful contributions to strengthen the competence of misdinar and can be made into a model for similar training programs in other parishes that want to improve the quality of liturgical service.

Upaya Pengelolaan Sampah Anorganik Melalui Edukasi Kelas Hijau di Dusun 1 Desa Cisuren`

The issue of inorganic waste management remains an environmental concern that requires serious attention. Cisuren Village in Lebak Regency faces a lack of public awareness regarding waste sorting and recycling. The Green Class program was implemented in three elementary schools to improve students’ awareness and skills in managing inorganic waste. The activities included educational sessions, demonstrations, and recycling practices using a participatory approach. The results showed an increase in students’ understanding of waste types and their ability to recycle materials into useful products. Based on Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Theory and Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, behavioral changes occurred through environmental interaction and the imitation of positive models. The Green Class program proved effective in fostering knowledge, attitudes, and environmentally responsible behavior among elementary school students.

Early financial literacy is a crucial foundation for shaping responsible economic behavior in adulthood. However, children in marginal communities often face limited access to learning resources and structured financial education. This community service program aimed to improve early childhood financial literacy by establishing a thematic reading corner at PAUD Ceria TPA 2 Karya Jaya Palembang. The program employed a participatory educational approach involving teacher training, the development of a financial literacy reading corner, the use of audiovisual learning media, and classroom mentoring. The results indicate improved teacher capacity in implementing storytelling and read-aloud techniques, increased children’s interest in reading, and enhanced understanding of basic financial concepts such as saving, needs, and wants. The findings suggest that integrating reading-based literacy and audiovisual media is effective in fostering early financial awareness. This program demonstrates strong relevance to community needs and shows sustainability potential through institutional commitment and teacher engagement.
