Membangun Kesadaran Spiritual Dan Karakter Remaja Asrama Putra MC Melalui Meditasi Dan Refleksi Tertulis

Abstract

Remaja asrama putra sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengenali diri, mengelola emosi, dan membangun kesadaran spiritual akibat jarak dari keluarga, tekanan akademik, dan dinamika pergaulan. Penelitian pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran spiritual dan penguatan karakter remaja melalui kegiatan meditasi hening dan refleksi tertulis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Asrama Putra Monte Carmelo, Maumere, selama 16 kali pertemuan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan kontemplatif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis refleksi tertulis peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran spiritual, kemampuan refleksi diri, kedisiplinan, dan empati terhadap diri sendiri dan teman sebaya. Peserta mampu mengekspresikan pengalaman batin melalui tulisan dan berbagi secara terbuka. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meditasi hening dan refleksi tertulis efektif sebagai strategi penguatan spiritual dan karakter remaja asrama. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini mencakup rekomendasi penerapan program rutin yang mendukung perkembangan psikososial dan spiritual secara berkelanjutan
