Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the problem of price determination in SMEs, which is still conducted conventionally without considering the relationship between price, sales volume, and profit. This condition often leads to suboptimal pricing decisions and reduced business profitability. This activity aims to assist SMEs in determining optimal selling prices through the implementation of a simple system based on Microsoft Excel. The methods used include interviews to identify problems, system design and development, internal testing, socialization and training, and evaluation of system usage by the partners. The results show that the partners are able to use the system to simulate pricing and understand the relationship between price, demand, and profit. Based on the simulation results, a price of Rp 19,900 generates the highest estimated profit of Rp 373,399.29 per production cycle. In addition, there is a shift in the partners’ decision-making approach from intuitive to a more structured and calculation-based method. Therefore, the developed system not only supports price determination but also enhances business decision-making capabilities in a more effective and sustainable manner.
