Abstract

This community service activity aimed to strengthen the managerial capacity of Sambelan Mak Rin MSME through product rebranding, digital marketing, simple work system development, and basic financial management. The main problems faced by the partner included less optimal product appearance, limited marketing, the absence of simple production standard operating procedures, unstructured order recording, and poorly documented financial management. The implementation method used educational, participatory, and direct mentoring approaches through several stages, including observation, problem identification, program planning, program socialization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The results showed the development of five main product variants, a new logo and packaging design, Cost of Goods Sold calculation, the use of Instagram and WhatsApp Business, a simple production SOP, raw material stock form, order form, and Excel-based financial recording form. This program helped the partner organize production, marketing, order management, and financial recording more systematically. Therefore, this mentoring activity provides an applicable business management foundation to support sustainable MSME development.
